· Customers are welcome to print their own manuscripts, please refer to the typesetting instructions.
· Company provides design and drafting services. Please refer to Design and Drafting Services for charging details.
· Customers are required to pay in advance the fees for manuscript production or design services.
· After the manuscript has been prepared or revised by our company, the ownership of the manuscript belongs to the company and will not be returned to the client. Only jpg image files are provided for proofreading. If you need to provide AI/CDR original files, additional charges will be required.
· Company is not responsible for proofreading. Please carefully check that all information is correct before confirming the manuscript. Once the manuscript is confirmed, it will be printed and delivered with the manuscript confirmed by the customer. If there are any other errors or omissions, the customer is responsible.

1、Customers need to provide photos, text, logos, charts and other data files, such as word, excel, text, jpg, pdf, etc.
2、The designer will first contact the customer to communicate about the design direction. The first draft of the design will take about 7-10 working days to process. The actual time must be discussed with the designer.
3、After the book cover design draft is finalized, the layout of the inner pages will begin.
4、The layout of the inner pages will match the cover design style, and the layout time of the inner pages will depend on the content.
5、Provides 2 revisions. Subsequent revisions require additional charges. The charges depend on the content of the revisions.
6、The layout charge per page includes the placement of 4 images, additional images will be charged additionally.

1、Customers need to provide design sketches, as well as photos, text, logos and other data files, such as word, excel, text, jpg, pdf, etc.
2、Designers will create printing files based on sketches provided by customers.
3、The first draft will take about 5-7 working days to process. The actual time needs to be discussed with colleagues in the customer service department.
4、Provides 2 revisions. Subsequent revisions require additional charges. The charges depend on the content of the revisions.

· Manuscript ratio must be 1:1.
· Please embed or convert all fonts in the document into curves.
· Use vector software to create files. If the text uses system clear characters or standard italics, it will cause white nodes at the intersection of strokes. This is not recommended.
· If the font stroke is thin, please do not set the font color dots below 50%.
· We provide local UV, polygon cutting, hot stamping, hole punching, fillet cutting or creasing processing services.
· For general paper product files, the file must leave a bleed space of 2-3mm. For example, the actual size of the card is 90x54mm, please set the file size to 94x58mm (including the bleed space).
  Please arrange the text and pattern 3 to 5mm within the cutting line to avoid being cut away during cutting; there may be a 1 to 2mm deviation in cutting.
· For Name card, Sticker, Packaging Box, Paper Folder, Paper Bag, Label, Red Packet, please check Standard Template.

· Please provide file in CMYK mode for printing.
· For color standard, please refer to the standard CMYK color book.Color displayed on screen (RGB mode) or color printout by inkjet cannot be used as color reference.
· For self-painted coloring, please use fourcolor CMYK coloring. Do not use color wheel coloring or RGB colors.
· Our company will not accept returns due to color differences caused by colors other than four-color CMYK (RGB, Pantone).
· About 10% color deviation is unavoidable on printing production. Our company is not responsible for any refund or reprint.
· Our company will not arbitrarily change the computer files submitted by customers, or help customers convert spot colors from Pantone to four-color CMYK.
· Please do not put other spot color Pantone in all manuscripts, otherwise garbled characters will occur during output.
· For black color printing, please set the file as K100. We do not accept black in CMYK combination to avoid the color registration problem.

· The delivery period starts from the day the manuscript is confirmed and payment is made successfully, and does not include processing or delivery time.
· Non-standard molds require an additional mold fee of $300 (complex molds are extra).
· Specifications of standardized products cannot be changed. You are welcome to inquire about other materials, sizes, quantities, processing charges and delivery dates. There may be a 2-3cm difference between the product size and the file.
· There may be a 1 to 2mm deviation in cutting. When placing repeated orders, there may be color differences and SIMKIIP will not arrange reprinting.
· Pictures on our website are for reference only. Please come to our Office to check out the actual sample.

· You can choose to pick up the goods at our Office or pay for delivery service.
· In mainland China, freight is calculated based on the volume, weight and distance of the shipment. Delivery to Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and remote areas such as Tibet, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, Qinghai, Gansu, Xinjiang, etc. will be quoted separately.
· If additional delivery services are required, such as designated locations, designated times, transportation without lifts, etc., additional costs will be borne by the customer.
· If the shipment arrives at the delivery address without anyone to pick it up, the additional cost of rearranging delivery will be borne by the customer.
· To avoid delays in delivery arrangements, please arrange full payment or settle the balance after placing the order or before delivery.
· Please forgive us if the delivery time may be delayed due to force majeure.

· Color displayed on screen (RGB mode) or color printout by inkjet cannot be used as color reference.
· For color standards, please refer to the percentages in the four-color color matching manual.
· Customer can consider to pay for a hard copy color proof for approval prior to the printing.
· Customers is responsible for checking the file carefully before submitting the file. Our company is not responsible for any refund or reprint.
· Once the order is confirmed, the manuscript confirmed by the customer will be printed and delivered. SIMKIIP will not be responsible for any errors.
·About 10% color deviation is unavoidable. Our company is not responsible for refund or reprint.
· If the size, color, image resolution, bleed allowance, font size, content of the file which is provided by customer has any mistakes, we will not be responsible for refund or reprint.
· When repeating orders, there may be color differences. The color difference of plus or minus ten percent is the standard for normal printing, because the ink volume control will be different each time.
· If there are barcodes such as QRcode or Barcode on the manuscript, SIMKIIP does not guarantee that the data in the barcode can be read normally.
· Due to possible production losses, the delivery quantity may vary by 5%. SIMKIIP is not responsible for reprinting.

1.About Goods
i.Please pick up goods within 45 days after order is completed. Goods may be destroyed after the pick-up time and the deposit or the payment will not be refunded.
ii.If the customer fails to pay in full, the company will collect the relevant payment from the customer.
iii.Check the quality and the quantity of goods on spot. Our company does not accept any returns after that.
iv.For delivery, if there is any problem on the quality or the quantity of the goods, please contact us at 29680000 within 5 days after receipt of the goods for the necessary arrangement. Our company does not accept any returns after that.
v.If there is serious problem on the quality, our company will be responsible for reprinting based on no change of content, quantity, size or other specification.
vi.Customers need to arrange delivery of return if any.
vii.If there is any claim on the order, our company will only be responsible for reprint or refund the relevant payment. Our company will not be responsible for any loss of customer.

2.About Copyright
i.Customer should ensure to have the copyright of the printing material before placing an order.
ii.Customer should be responsible for the content of the printing material if it contains any objectionable, indecent, obscene word or picture, or any defamation, any infringement of privacy, intellectual property rights, third party’s rights or plagiarism. Our company will not be responsible for the related legal responsibility.
iii.Customer should ensure that the printing material do not contain any text, image, picture, design or trademark which are not authorized by the copyright holder and do not contain any objectionable, indecent, obscene word or picture, or any defamation, any infringement of privacy, intellectual property rights, third party’s rights or plagiarism before placing an order.
iv.We may require our customer to provide authorization for verification of the copyright if necessary.
v.Customers should understand and agree to have legal liability and contractual bligation to ensure all materials provided to the company comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, including but not limited to “The Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance”, “The Control of Obscene and Indecent Articles Ordinance” and “The Law of the People's Republic of China on Safeguarding National Security in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region”. The company does not assume any inspection or verification responsibility for the content provided to the company by customers or their agents or any third parties. The company reserves the right not to accept orders or not to continue to print or not to deliver goods or services that may violate laws, regulations or ethics. The company hereby declares that the company does not have responsibility for the printed content, related display, publication or use of users, their agents or any third parties.
vi.If customer violates the above terms of service and lead our company to suffer any loss or file with any form of lawsuit or claim, customer should undertake to indemnify for the loss.

3.Remarks
In case of any inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version, the Chinese Version shall prevail.
